Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We only accept returns for items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival. As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

To request a return for a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the fault.
